Exchange/Returns

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@Herencia21.com and request a return authorization number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will email you with instructions. We are sorry but we cannot offer a refund on shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items sent to us without the prior return authorization number.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of shipping for all damaged (in transit), and manufacturer defective items. Please email us to start the exchange process Sales@Herenci21.com 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, worn items (bent brim, sweat marks, odor), customized items, or gift cards/codes.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are sorry but we do not cover the shipping on exchanged items. Please email us to start the exchange process Sales@Herenci21.com 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
